For Princess Skin - A shower Smoothie

Our Princess an extreme increase Winterhäutchen which makes bad problems and they no longer feel comfortable in their skin. They also do not like to use soap bars (I do not understand!).
So is stirred for them: a fine shower smoothie:)

Many will already know and the same love as we (my daughter and one). In Prinziep simple:
  • 1 part fine Seifenraspel (of course best selbstgesiedete vegetable oil soap * g *)
  • 2 parts water
  • 1 part good vegetable oil

As always, work tools and space to be clean and disinfected. We want to keep the germs so limited!

are first weighed the Seifenraspel (there were 40 grams of a one-year unbedufteten and unstained Many-Good-Ole-soap) and covered with well-boiled hot water (not quite double, 72 g because I would preserve a later step, yet with a cosmetic base water. Otherwise it would have been 80 g water).
I can envisage here a subtle infusion of lavender, calendula, chamomile or other herbs nice:)

This will now be put aside until the soap has dissolved and cooled is.

have at this point, I then added the alcohol (8 g of water-based cosmetic). If you omit the alcohol, the smoothie should be kept cool and used up quickly.

This soap is now well-foamed with a suitable device. Since I make such a milk frother very well. The mass then has some of the consistent data in whipped cream.

At this point I've scented with essential oils (about 1.5% of total) and the contents of a vitamin E capsule incorporated.

Now, the vegetable oil is at the same time to whisk in a thin stream. (Here is a mixture of 32 g of sesame oil and 8 g algae oil.) The mass is smooth and creamy, the milk frother durchzuquälen has been his effort to love.

bottled and sealed overnight in the refrigerator is on the smoothie Next day as clouds pudding and ready.

you fill in a (plastic) pot should, taking account of the possible contamination with a spatula or similar happened.

Because my Rührerfahrungen still keep in check I ask anyone reading my "goats" in a comment to correct ;-)
