As I said , winter is ice age. Last weekend, we produced our first Sherbet ( banana counts in this respect somehow not) decide and for us the variety Raspberry - a natural choice because you can buy frozen, this fruit in good conscience, without being like strawberries with a taste disaster compute.
Once again we made a cream base of cream, some milk, two eggs, and sugar (a bit too much) of vanilla extract. This mass was in the ice machine, but refused to suffer even more than usual, to be particularly resistant. However, we did after about half an hour thawed frozen raspberries with sugar and lemon juice were mixed, to do so.
was stupid, the result of Eismaschinenphase but merely a cold liquid, not ice, and the mass had to the actual freezing in the freezer. This led not surprisingly to a more concrete-like ice. Well, at least the taste was good ...
